About the Author: Suzanne M. Malpass comes from northwestern Lower Michigan, where she and her husband still live when the weather is nice. The other six months of the year they spend in southeastern Arizona. When friends share amazing true stories with her, Suzanne turns them into children’s books.

Suzanne named her company Straddle Books after her nickname, given because she is decision-challenged. It produces children's books featuring animal friends and happy endings.
